Need help using our software? You've come to the right place.

Our Service Desk is your central point of contact for all support requests and also serves as your customer portal. It ensures that issues are received, assessed, and handled efficiently while keeping you informed about any service disruptions or incidents. Once your request has been submitted, it will be reviewed and categorized by our support team to ensure it is routed to the appropriate specialist.

To help us begin working on your request as quickly as possible, please provide a detailed description of the issue and include screenshots whenever relevant. If we require additional information, one of our team members will contact you by email. To help us resolve your case promptly, we kindly ask that you respond to any follow-up questions in a timely manner.

How to Submit a Support Request

  1. By Email: Simply send your support request to servicedesk@smartdocuments.com
  2. Customer Portal: Alternatively, you can create and manage your support tickets directly through the Service Desk customer portal.
