SmartDocuments was founded in 1994 by Marco Drost with a simple belief: why make things complicated when they can be simple? Since then, we have been developing intelligent software solutions that simplify complex document processes and help organizations work more efficiently. Our goal is to provide customers with an intuitive and flexible solution that enables them to create, manage, and distribute documents quickly and efficiently while consistently maintaining their corporate identity, all from within the applications they already know and use.
Today, SmartDocuments is an international company headquartered in the Netherlands, with offices in Germany, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Our software is used worldwide by organizations with high document volumes, including public sector institutions, banks, insurance providers, real estate companies, and medium-sized businesses. For more than 30 years, we have been helping organizations simplify document processes and communicate more effectively through smart, user-friendly technology.
